Now we’ve just got to do the backsplash and install the venting for the vent-hood. I’ll have to post photos soon. It’s coming together nicely!

Yay! The kitchen is starting to come together. We’ve got two cabinets left to polyurethane tonight and then they can be hung tomorrow. Once they are a go we can get the range venthood in place too! After all of the cabinet work is complete we will be left with the backsplash and vent hood venting. The venthood will require a hole being punched in the roof. I’m not sure if I am man enough to tackle that project. I haven’t decided yet. I also need to punch a hole for the vent in the bathroom as well. After the kitchen is wrapped up we will move into the mud room (yes, I know I am in Texas and they aren’t called mud rooms here). I’m having fits about what to do in there. Since I use it as my office area. Pictures to come once cabinets are complete! Yay!
